Vegan Chocolate Pie

This vegan chocolate pie is so rich, creamy, and decadent - no one would ever guess it's entirely plant based.

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz tofu block, medium firm
  • 2 cups chocolate chips melted, vegan
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1 vegan pie crust pre-baked
  • vegan whipped cream optional, extra, for serving
  • cocoa powder optional, extra, for serving

Instructions

  1. Add tofu, melted chocolate chips, sugar, cocoa powder, almond butter, and almond milk to a high speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  4. Allow to chill in fridge for at least 4 hours
  5. Serve pie cold with a dollop of vegan whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder if desired
