  • 8 oz. pomegranate juice POM Wonderful brand, 100% juice
  • 8-10 medium banana chop then freeze
  • 2-3 Tbsp. coconut milk or milk of choice

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop bananas. Freeze in a freezer friendly baggie.
  2. Once frozen, place bananas in a powerful blender. Pour in 8 oz. 100% Pomegranate Juice and milk of choice. Blend until thick and creamy. 
  3. Pour banana/pomegranate mixture into a standard loaf pan (like a banana bread pan). Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight. 
  4. When ready to enjoy, remove from freezer and let it sit for ~10 minutes before scooping.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of coconut milk or other milk to achieve your preferred creamy texture.
  • Freeze bananas in bags suitable for freezer storage to keep them fresh and accessible.
  • Allow the nice cream to sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before scooping for easier portioning.
