  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise see notes below if you'd like to make it without mayo
  • ¼ cup fresh dill chopped
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable seasoning click link for the recipe

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl.
  2. Stir to combine everything. Transfer to the fridge and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving with your favorite vegetables.

Notes

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • Make it without mayo - use 2 cups of sour cream and no mayonnaise, or substitute in 4 ounces of softened cream cheese, in place of the mayonnaise.
  • If you'd like to make just enough vegetable seasoning to make one portion of this dip, use the following measurements:

    1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon dried thyme ½ teaspoon dried oregano ½ teaspoon dried basil ½ teaspoon dried parsley ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon paprika
