Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 28 oz crushed tomatoes canned
- 28 oz cannellini beans canned
- 1 tbsp brown sugar heaped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce gluten-free variety if needed
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 sprig rosemary leaves removed and chopped
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Place a saucepan over a medium heat and add the olive oil and onion. Add a pinch of salt and cook the onion until soft. Add the garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer and reduce the heat to low. Cook for 45 minutes to an hour. Adjust the seasonings as necessary.
