Ingredients
- 1 lb (500g) watermelon cut into cubes
- 12 oz (350g) strawberries
- 1 bunch mint leaves finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup feta cheese crumbles

Instructions
- If using a whole watermelon, cut it into cubes.
- Remove the caps and slice the strawberries in half or into quarters, depending on their size.
- In a salad bowl, combine the watermelon, strawberries, mint leaves, honey, orange juice, and feta cheese. Serve immediately.
