Make a classic wedge salad with simple ingredients

Ingredients
- 6 strips bacon
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup blue cheese dressing
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tbsp finely sliced fresh chives
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crispy, chop into crumble and set aside.
- Cut head of iceberg into quarters and cut the core off the bottom of each piece. Place each quarter on an individual salad plate or one large serving plate.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
- Drizzle about 2 tbsp of blue cheese dressing over each quarter of iceberg lettuce.
- Arrange crumbled bacon, crumbled blue cheese, tomatoes and chives on top of the lettuce - its okay if some falls to the side of the lettuce! Serve with extra dressing on the side.
Notes
- you can use a homemade blue cheese dressing or store bought
- substitute regular bacon with turkey bacon
