  • 4 pork chop 4 pork chops or 2 large chicken breasts, pieces of meat
  • 4 chicken breast 4 pork chops or 2 large chicken breasts, pieces of meat
  • cup flour
  • 2 egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs fine
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • clarified butter for frying the cutlets, or frying oil

Instructions

  1. If using pork chops, pound them with a meat mallet until thin. If using chicken breasts, cut them in half horizontally then pound each cutlet. Season on both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge each cutlet in flour on both sides.
  3. Dip each cutlet in beaten eggs.
  4. Coat each cutlet in breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat clarified butter or frying oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook cutlets in batches until golden brown on both sides and cooked through in the middle.
  6. Enjoy!
