Whipped Honey Butter Recipe

Sweet, creamy, and fluffy whipped honey butter is easy to customize with add-ins (like cinnamon or spicy cayenne) and perfect for spreading onto biscuits, rolls, or any of your favorite baked goods!

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened (2 sticks)
- ½ cup honey
- ½ - 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Set the butter out and allow it to warm to room temperature. Then place the butter, honey, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Using an electric mixer, beat on high until the honey butter comes together and is very smooth and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
- Scrape the bowl with a spatula, and beat again for 10-20 seconds to make sure there are no clumps. *If adding extra herbs or spices, beat them in here.
- Serve immediately or move the honey butter to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.

- Optional Add-Ins: Lemon zest, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice, cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper, fresh chopped rosemary.
- Store the cinnamon honey butter in a container with a lid and it will keep well for up to a month in the fridge.
- Let it set out at room temperature for several minutes before serving so that it's easy to spread.
