White Bean and Kale Patties
Description
The patties mix creamy cannellini beans with finely chopped steamed kale to add subtle earthy flavor and color, bound together by eggs, Parmesan, and seasoned breadcrumbs for structure and taste. Onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and kosher salt provide a mild spice and seasoning throughout. Shaped into individual patties and pan-fried in olive oil over medium heat, they develop a golden crust while maintaining a moist interior. Cooking in batches ensures even browning without overcrowding the pan. They are suitable to serve hot, accompanying meals or as a protein-rich snack. Leftovers can be cooled and stored in the freezer for up to a month, making them convenient for future use. The combination of beans and kale results in a satisfying texture with balanced flavors from the cheese and spices.
