White Chocolate Brownies Recipe

White Chocolate Brownies blend butter and melted white chocolate with eggs, sugar, vanilla, flour, and salt to create a dense, sweet, and tender brownie. The baked squares have a creamy white chocolate flavor with a soft textile balance between cakey and fudgy.

Description

This recipe begins by melting butter and half of the white chocolate chips, which are then combined with beaten eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. The dry ingredients—flour and salt—are folded in to form a batter. Parchment-lined baking pan receives the batter, and remaining white chocolate chips are sprinkled on top for added texture and bursts of melted sweetness.

Baking at 325°F for about 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean yields brownies with a delicate crumb that are moist but hold together well. Cooling the brownies fully before cutting allows the slices to set, maintaining clean edges and an appealing look.

The white chocolate chips provide a sweet and creamy note distinct from traditional chocolate brownies, offering a subtle but rich flavor and a pleasing contrasting texture on top.
