So easy, this White Chocolate Caramel No Bake Pumpkin Pie is ultra creamy with the perfect amount of pumpkin flavor. This is a great way to change up your pumpkin pie!

Ingredients
- 2 instant white chocolate pudding mix 3.4 oz each package
- 1 cup milk cold
- 1 cup pumpkin not pumpkin pie mix, puree
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping frozen, thawed, Cool Whip
- 1 inch pie crust baked
- caramel ice cream topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the pudding mixes, milk, pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. Beat until completely combined and smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread the mixture into the baked pie crust.
- Spread the remaining whipped topping over the top of the pie.
- Cover the pie loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Before serving, drizzle caramel topping over the top of the pie.
