White Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

This White Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe creates chewy cookies using a mix of butter, vegetable oil, and two types of sugar for sweetness and moisture. Eggs bind the dough, while baking soda and powder balance the rise and texture. White chocolate chips are folded in and the dough scooped into balls. Baking yields cookies with a soft crumb and pockets of melted white chocolate.

Description

The White Chocolate Chip Cookie dough is prepared by creaming butter, oil, and sugars, which creates a rich and moist base. Eggs are added for structure and fluffiness. Leavening agents including baking soda and baking powder ensure the cookies rise properly and maintain a tender texture. Vanilla extract contributes aroma and flavor complexity.

After combining dry and wet ingredients, white chocolate chips are gently folded into the batter. The dough is portioned into balls and baked at 350°F until the edges are set but the centers remain soft. Additional chocolate chips can be placed on top for a visually appealing finish and extra chocolate bites.

These cookies have a balance of chewiness and softness with bursts of creamy white chocolate throughout. They suit dessert needs or snacks where a classic cookie flavor with white chocolate sweetness is desired.
