Ingredients

Servings
  • 8 cups Chex cereal
  • 2 cups pretzels mini
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup peanut butter creamy
  • 5 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract pure
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • ½ cup Candy Christmas M&M
  • ½ cup candy cane pieces crushed

Instructions

  1. Combine the white chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each time until everything is just melted and combined.
  3. Stir in the salt and vanilla extract until incorporated.
  4. Measure the Chex cereal and pretzels into a gallon-sized zip-top bag. (You could also add it to a very large mixing bowl.)
  5. Pour the melted chocolate mix over the cereal mixture. Seal the bake and shake until cereal is well coated. Let it cool for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the powdered sugar to the bag, and shake vigorously to coat everything.
  7. Add in the M&M’s and crushed candy canes. Shake until just combined.
  8. Store the reindeer chow in the ziptop bag until ready to serve.
