White Chocolate Cookie Dough Fudge Recipe

This White Chocolate Cookie Dough Fudge combines a no-egg cookie dough studded with mini chocolate chips folded into a creamy white chocolate fudge base. The fudge is made by cooking sugar, cream, salt, and butter, then mixing with white chocolate and marshmallow creme for a smooth, rich texture. Chilled cookie dough pieces add soft texture and familiar cookie flavor inside the sweet fudge, creating a distinctive layered confection.

Description

The recipe starts by preparing an eggless cookie dough from butter, brown sugar, milk, vanilla, flour, and mini chocolate chips, which is chilled and cut into small squares. Separately, the white chocolate fudge base is made by heating sugar, heavy cream, salt, and butter to boiling, then stirring this hot mixture into white chocolate chips and marshmallow cream to form a smooth mixture.

Chunks of cookie dough are folded into the warm fudge, then the entire mixture is poured into a pan and topped with extra cookie dough pieces before refrigeration to set. The final result is a rich and creamy fudge dotted with tender cookie dough bites and chocolate chips, blending fudge sweetness with familiar cookie flavors and textures.

This treat is cut into squares after chilling and offers a layered indulgence for those who enjoy both fudge and cookie dough. The recipe requires chilling steps but yields a distinctive confection that combines two sweet favorites.
