Christmas Crack is a traditional holiday recipe; but this one has a fun twist! Topped with white chocolate, dried cranberries, and nuts, this Saltine Cracker Toffee is a tasty variation on the classic recipe!

Ingredients
- 1 leeve saltine crackers about 40 crackers
- 1 cup butter unsalted
- 1 cup brown sugar light or dark
- 2 cups white baking chips or chopped almond bark
- 1 cup dried cranberries chopped
- 1 cup peanut chopped; or other nuts
Notes
- In refrigerator up to 2 weeks
- Room temperature for up to 7 days (crackers will start to get stale or soggy).
- In the freezer for up to 4 months.
- Store the saltine cracker toffee in a sealed bag or container.
