Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour Super Fine
- ½ cup butter melted
- ½ cup white chocolate chips sugar-free
- ½ cup macadamia nuts toasted and chopped
- ¼ cup Monk Fruit Sweetener aka allulose, powdered
- ⅓ cup brown monk fruit sweetener or allulose
- 2 egg room temperature, whole
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Add the butter, eggs, vanilla and sweetener in a mixing bowl and blend using a hand mixer.
- In a separate bowl, add in the almond flour and baking powder. Whisk to combine.
- Mix the wet and dry ingredients together, just until combined, do not over mix.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
- Add the batter to an 8 x 8 baking dish lined with parchment paper and spread evenly using an offset spatula.
