White Chocolate Macadamia Keto Blondies

White Chocolate Macadamia Keto Blondies are low-carb squares made with almond flour sweetened by monk fruit and allulose. They include sugar-free white chocolate chips and toasted macadamia nuts for texture and flavor. Baked until set with a tender crumb, these blondies provide a rich, nutty treat suitable for keto diets while delivering indulgent taste and a soft, chewy texture.

Description

This recipe combines super fine almond flour with melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and monk fruit sweeteners to form a sweet base dough. Baking powder adds lift. The batter is mixed gently to avoid overdeveloping texture and then folded with sugar-free white chocolate chips and chopped toasted macadamia nuts for richness and crunch.

Baked in an 8 by 8 inch pan at 325°F for 20 to 25 minutes until a toothpick inserted emerges clean, the blondies develop a golden exterior with a tender interior. Cooling completely before cutting ensures clean squares and a settled crumb.

These blondies can be enjoyed as a keto-friendly snack or dessert, satisfying cravings for sweets with minimal impact on carbohydrate intake. The combination of white chocolate and macadamia nuts creates a classic flavor profile with a textural contrast.
