White Chocolate Popcorn
Description
The recipe starts with air-popped or microwave popcorn, ensuring the base is light and crisp without excess oil. Pretzel pieces add saltiness and crunch, while chopped pecans contribute a hearty nuttiness. Melting white chocolate to a spreadable texture allows thorough coating when stirred with the popcorn mixture.
Adding M&Ms at the end brings additional sweetness and a colorful contrast. The final snack is a textured mix of crunchy popcorn clusters embedded in creamy, sweet white chocolate, ideal for casual snacking or parties.
