White Chocolate Snickerdoodles Recipe
Description
The White Chocolate Snickerdoodles Recipe combines a traditional cookie base with added white chocolate chips, integrating creamy sweetness into the toothsome snickerdoodle foundation. The dough is enriched with butter and sugar, balanced by eggs, and relies on cream of tartar and baking soda for its signature lift and slight tang. Rolling the dough balls in cinnamon sugar before baking creates a crisp, fragrant exterior. Baking just long enough for a golden edge maintains a tender, chewy interior studded with melting pockets of white chocolate. Their texture and mild sweetness suit a variety of occasions, from teatime treats to dessert plates. Serving suggestions include alongside a cup of coffee or milk.
