White Peach Popsicles

This White Peach Popsicles recipe captures ripe peaches pureed into a smooth mixture then frozen to make refreshing fruit popsicles. The unpeeled peaches add subtle texture while retaining valuable flavor and nutrients. The popsicles offer a natural, simple treat without added sugar or ingredients beyond ripe white peaches. Frozen into individual molds, these popsicles are easy to serve and enjoy on warm days as a light dessert or snack for adults and kids alike.

Description

White Peach Popsicles rely on just fresh, ripe white peaches puréed smooth without peeling, preserving flavor and fiber from the skins. The natural sweetness and delicate peach aroma stand out in the frozen treat. The peaches are first washed and cut into chunks, then blended before freezing in popsicle molds, resulting in clean, pure peach pops. After freezing several hours, the popsicles release easily from molds with warm water immersion. These popsicles can be kept frozen for several days, making a simple, refreshing way to enjoy seasonal fruit.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 4 white peaches ripe

Instructions

  1. Wash the peaches well. I do not peel them.
  2. Cut the peaches into chunks and discard the pits.
  3. Put the peaches into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. You'll see very tiny specks of the peel in the puree.
  4. Pour the peach puree into your popsicle mold. Insert sticks and freeze for several hours until solid. My mold takes about 1/2 cup of liquid per popsicle.
  5. Follow the directions for your particular popsicle mold for un-molding your pops. For a hard plastic mold like mine you will immerse the bottom in hot water for a few seconds and then slide the popsicles out.
  6. The popsicles will keep for a few days in the freezer.
