  • parsley for serving, fresh chopped|wedges
  • lemon for serving, fresh chopped|wedges
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 5 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano dried
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric ground
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt (plus more for sprinkling)
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, turmeric, salt, and red pepper flakes.
  2. To air fry the chicken, cook 400F about 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
  3. Add the chicken and stir to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.
  4. Preheat an outdoor grill or grill pan to medium-low heat (a cast iron skillet works too). Oil the grates or grill pan and sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, to taste.
  5. Grill the chicken about 5 to 7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through in the center of the thickest part of the chicken.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
