Yogurt Parfaits
Description
This Yogurt Parfaits recipe assembles creamy Greek yogurt, a medley of strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries, and vanilla granola into layered cups. The berries add natural sweetness and brightness, while the granola provides crunch and texture contrast. By layering the ingredients alternatively, each spoonful delivers a blend of flavors and textures.
The parfaits are portioned individually, making them practical for grab-and-go breakfasts or snacks. Sealing the cups with plastic wrap and storing granola separately preserves its crispness until serving. The use of Greek yogurt creates a thick, rich base that holds the layers well.
Preparation ahead of time supports efficient meal planning, allowing you to maintain a healthy regimen without compromising flavor or convenience. Using homemade or favorite granola offers customization opportunities.
