  • 9 ounces beef grilled, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon palm sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1.5 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1.8 ounce carrot shredded
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 0.7 ounces tomatoes sliced
  • 3.5 ounces cucumber sliced
  • Coriander optional, add to taste
  • green onions optional, add to taste, chopped
  • 2 Chilies optional, add to taste, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your charcoal grill or grilling pan over medium heat. Grill the steak to your preferred doneness—medium-rare or rare is recommended. Once grilled, let the steak rest for a few minutes. Cut the steak into thin slices against the grain.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced beef with the salad dressing: sesame oil, palm sugar, fresh lime juice, and fish sauce.
