15 Min Garlic Butter Pasta
Description
15 Min Garlic Butter Pasta starts by cooking pasta to al dente according to package instructions. In a separate pot, butter and olive oil are melted together over low-medium heat to prevent burning. Minced garlic is then cooked gently in the butter-oil mixture until fragrant, about 4 minutes, allowing the garlic flavor to infuse without bitterness.
Fresh herbs including chopped coriander (cilantro), basil, and sliced spring onions, along with dried mixed herbs, are added and cooked slowly for about 3 more minutes to develop flavor. The hot pasta is then mixed into this flavored butter sauce off heat, ensuring it stays warm and coated evenly.
The pasta is served topped with toasted pine nuts, shredded Parmesan cheese, and chili flakes for crunch, umami richness, and heat contrast. The finished dish balances creamy, herby, and mildly spicy notes, offering a quick yet flavorful pasta preparation.
