2-Ingredient Sugar-Free Fruit Dip

That's right, 2 ingredients and no sugar! This dip is not only delicious, but full of protein and healthy fats too. Plus it's the easiest after-school snack ever! Win-win.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 cup yogurt nonfat or regular, plain, Greek
  • 1/2 cup almond butter salted
  • 1 package gluten free brownie thins Free for All Kitchen brand
  • apple strawberries, bananas, pineapple, etc

Instructions

  1. Stir Greek yogurt and almond butter together until combined.
  2. Serve with Brownie Thins and fresh fruit.
  3. Store in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

  • You can of course use any ratio of yogurt to almond butter that you like. I like about a 2:1 ratio.
  • Optional ingredients: honey, sugar, cinnamon, or mini chocolate chips.
