Smoked Salmon and Lemon Cream Cheese Sandwich Bites Ingredients

  • 6 lices Brown bread
  • cup cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest or chopped herbs
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3.5 oz smoked salmon

Smoked Salmon and Dill Pinwheels Ingredients

  • 4 lices Brown bread
  • ¼ cup cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon dill chopped
  • 3.5 oz smoked salmon

Smoked Salmon and Chive Toast Bites Ingredients

  • 4 lices Brown bread
  • ¼ cup cream cheese room temp
  • 1 tablespoon chives chopped
  • 3.5 oz smoked salmon

Instructions

Smoked Salmon and Lemon Cream Cheese Sandwich Bites Instructions

  1. Trim the crusts from the bread.
  2. Spread the slices of bread with an even layer of cream cheese.
  3. Sprinkle over the lemon zest and black pepper.
  4. Add a single layer of smoked salmon to 3 of the slices of bread.
  5. Sandwich your bread, wrap tightly in cling film and refrigerate until needed.
  6. To serve, use a sharp knife to cut each sandwich into 3 long strips and each strip in half.
  7. Arrange on a platter and sprinkle with a little extra lemon zest (or your chosen herb).

Smoked Salmon and Dill Pinwheels Instructions

  1. Trim the crusts from the bread.
  2. Use a rolling pin to roll out the bread until it very thin.
  3. Spread the slices of bread with a thin even layer of cream cheese.
  4. Sprinkle over the chopped herbs.
  5. Add a single layer of smoked salmon.
  6. Roll each slice of bread up into a sausage.
  7. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate until needed.
  8. To serve use a sharp knife to cut each roll into 5 slices.
  9. Arrange on a platter and sprinkle with a little extra dill (or your chosen herb).

Smoked Salmon and Chive Toast Bites Instructions

  1. Place the bread in the toaster and toast until crisp.
  2. Allow to cool then use a cookie cutter to cut small rounds out of your toast
  3. Add a teaspoon (or so) of cream cheese to each round.
  4. Top the rounds with some smoked salmon and a sprinkling of chopped chive (or your chosen herb).
