  • cup milk or heavy cream
  • cup mini marshmallows
  • sea salt scant ½ teaspoon, fine, optional

Instructions

Microwave Method

  1. Combine caramels and milk to a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Stir until smooth. If needed, return to microwave another 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add marshmallows and stir until marshmallows are melted and sauce is smooth. If desired, stir in salt. Start dipping!

Slow Cooker Method

  1. Add caramels, milk, and marshmallows to the slow cooker. Cook on high for 1 hour. Stir until smooth. If desired, stir in salt. Dip away!

Notes

  • Serving the caramel fondue warm in a slow cooker on the warm setting helps keep the sauce smooth and easy to dip.
