A thick and creamy tropical coconut smoothie made with just 3 ingredients. It's dairy free, vegan and gluten free!

  • 1 cup tropical fruit I used Market Pantry brand from Target’s frozen section, which is a blend of Mango Chunks, Peach Slices, Pineapple Chunks, and Banana Slices, frozen, no sugar added, blend
  • 1 (5.3 ounce) coconut milk yogurt alternative So Delicious Dairy Free, container, unsweetened vanilla flavor used, any flavor will work
  • ¼ cup coconut milk coffee creamer or regular coconut milk
  • unsweetened coconut optional, shredded, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients (except for shredded coconut garnish) in a high speed blender. Puree until smooth. Serve immediately and garnish with shredded coconut, if desired.

Notes

  • You can use either the coconut coffee creamer (for richer, creamier shake), or swap it out for regular, unsweetened coconut milk for a lighter option.
  • Nutrition information is based on the coconut coffee creamer.
  • If you're not dairy-free and vegan, you can substitute with regular vanilla yogurt or any flavor Greek-style yogurt.
