3 Ingredient Pork Rib Marinade

This 3 Ingredient Pork Rib Marinade uses olive oil, soy sauce, and ketchup to create a balanced, savory-sweet coating for boneless country-style pork ribs. The marinade is quick to prepare and infuses the meat with flavor before grilling. Cooking over medium-high heat ensures the ribs develop a slight char while remaining juicy inside. Resting the cooked ribs before serving helps retain their juices.

Description

The marinade blends half a cup each of olive oil and soy sauce with a quarter cup of ketchup, plus optional black pepper to taste. The pork ribs are coated with this mixture and allowed to sit for 10 minutes, enabling the flavors to penetrate. Grilling over a 400°F heat for about 9-10 minutes total, turning carefully to avoid piercing, cooks the ribs through while developing grill marks and a flavorful crust.

The ribs are taken off the grill once they reach an internal temperature of 145°F and allowed to rest for three minutes. This resting period helps redistribute juices for a more tender texture. The marinade provides a savory and mildly tangy flavor profile that complements the pork without overpowering it.

This straightforward marinade is easy to prepare and well-suited for quick weeknight grilling. The timing and temperature guidance ensure the ribs remain moist and flavorful.
