30 Minute Keto Cinnamon Rolls {Soft & Fluffy- 2 Net Carbs!}
Description
30 Minute Keto Cinnamon Rolls combine a Carbquik-based dough with a cinnamon-sweetener filling and a cream cheese frosting. The dough is prepared by mixing Carbquik with water and kneading briefly, then rolled out into a rectangle. Spread softened butter, brown erythritol sweetener, and cinnamon over the dough before rolling into a log and slicing into nine rolls. Baking at 375°F results in golden, tender rolls.
The cream cheese frosting is made by whisking room temperature cream cheese, butter, powdered erythritol, and vanilla until smooth. This frosting cools and adds a tangy sweetness that complements the cinnamon filling. The texture is soft and fluffy, balancing the low-carb ingredients and sweeteners.
This recipe suits those following a ketogenic lifestyle who want a sweet pastry without high carbs. The net carb count of 2 per roll makes it accessible for a low-carb diet. Allow rolls to cool slightly before frosting to prevent melting the glaze. These cinnamon rolls can be enjoyed warm or at room temperature as a dessert or breakfast treat.
