Ingredients
- 1 egg
- salt to taste
- ¼ teaspoon red chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder
- ¼ teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 tablespoon red onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon tomatoes chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander chopped
- 2 mint leaves chopped
- 1 small green chili chopped
- 1-2 tablespoon ghee or cooking oil
- 1 frozen paratha

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except ghee and frozen paratha. Mix well to form a smooth egg mixture.
- Heat the ghee in a pan over medium-low heat and place the frozen paratha in the pan. Cook until the underside is golden brown.
- Flip the paratha and pour the prepared egg mixture on top. Use a spatula to spread the mixture evenly to the edges of the paratha.
- Once the other side is golden, flip the paratha again and let the egg cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the egg paratha from the pan, cut it into quarters, and serve hot. Enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the spice levels by adding more or less chili powder and green chili to suit your taste.
- You can use fresh paratha instead of frozen, but frozen paratha makes the process quicker.
- For extra flavor, you can add a dollop of yogurt or a drizzle of green chutney on the side.
- If you prefer a softer egg texture, cook on low heat for a bit longer to allow the egg to set gently.
