  • 1 cup orange juice 236 mL
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • Storage: Smoothies are best enjoyed right away, but if you have leftovers, you can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for a day. Or, pour them into an ice cube mold and freeze them. When you want a smoothie, just blend the cubes with a splash of juice.
