5 Ingredient Corn Casserole
Description
The casserole combines drained canned corn, creamed corn, sour cream, melted butter, and a packaged corn muffin mix, stirred together and spread in a greased 8-inch square baking pan. It bakes uncovered at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes until set and lightly browned on top.
The mixture yields a moist and creamy texture with subtle sweetness from the corn and a comforting corn muffin flavor. As a straightforward, no-fuss dish, it works well as a side for barbecues, holiday dinners, or casual weeknight meals.
