  • 1 (10 ounce) diced tomatoes with green chilies well drained, canned, petite
  • ½ cup green onion chopped
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese grated sharp
  • tortilla chips for serving; or Fritos

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Ranch seasoning and sugar.
  2. Gently stir in the corn, tomatoes, green onions, and cheese.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
