Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp minced fresh dill
- 1/2 white or yellow small onion, diced (about 1/3 cup)
- 2 dill pickles, diced
- 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- juice of half a small lemon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Mix together all of the ingredients until combined and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if desired. Enjoy immediately made into a sandwich with your favourite bread or as a wrap, or as a snack with crackers. Store in the fridge for up to two days.
Notes
- This recipe is so easy to customize! Add more mayo if you like it creamier; if you want more crunch add more pickles or swap in celery; and if you like more dill flavour, add more dill.
