Sweet Cherry Almond Smoothie:

  • 1 1/2 cups Cherry frozen
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 protein powder scoop
  • 1 banana
  • ice
  • coconut flakes unsweetened, optional for topping
  • almond butter unsweetened, optional for topping

Lovely Greens Smoothie:

  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup grapes
  • 1 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 banana
  • ice

Chocolate Powerhouse Smoothie:

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tablespoon almond butter

Instructions
