A 7 and 7 is a highball American cocktail containing Seagram's Seven Crown whiskey, and 7 Up, which was popular in the 1970s.

Ingredients
- 2 oz. whiskey Seagram's Seven Crown brand
- 3 oz. 7 Up soda
- ice cubes
- 1 lice lime (or lemon, to garnish)
Equipment
- Tumbler glass
- Cocktail spoon
Instructions
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour over the whiskey then the 7 Up.
- Stir lightly with a cocktail spoon.
- Garnish with a slice of lime (or lemon).
