- 1-2 jalapeño peppers seeds removed (unless you want it really spicy!, fresh
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cilantro rough handful, fresh
- 1 onion diced, medium sweet
- 4-6 oz pineapple cored and cut into chunks, ripe
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp salt , (or more, to taste)
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- Put the tomatillos in a food processor and pulse a few times to break them down a bit.
- Add remaining ingredients and pulse until desired consistency is achieved.
