Ingredients
For the acai bowl
- ½ cup dairy free milk I used oat but others work well, 125ml
- 1 berries handful, frozen
- ½ banana
- 3 tablespoon oats
- 2 teaspoon acai powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Optional garnishes
- Berry frozen or fresh

- nuts
- seeds
- granola
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients for the acai bowl into the blender and whiz until smooth.
- Spoon into serving bowls and add desired toppings.
