Ingredients

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or olive oil spray)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Parmesan Cheese optional, freshly grated; for serving

Creamy Garlic Dip:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Drain artichoke hearts and cut into halves or quarters. Lightly pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Place artichoke hearts in a bowl and toss to coat with the olive oil and spices. 
  3. Place the artichoke hearts in an even layer in an air fryer basket and air fry on 400°F for 10 minutes or until golden and fork tender.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the dip by combining the yogurt, garlic, lemon juice and salt.
  5. Remove the artichoke hearts from the basket, top with parmesan cheese if desired and enjoy with the dip!
