Potatoes

  • 4 russet potato
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt kosher
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika or roast pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Filling

  • 4 Tablespoons butter unsalted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary leaves, minced, fresh
  • 1/4 cup parsley minced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes to taste

Notes

  • For an average-sized baked potato, they should be properly cooked and fluffy in about 30 minutes. However, you may need to adjust this up for down depending on the size of the potatoes you have. The total cook time of this recipe, including preparing the potatoes before and after they have cooked should be about 40 minutes.
  • Yes, you can! You can prepare them in exactly the same way and cook them in the same way in the air fryer. You will just need to reduce the cooking time as the sweet potatoes cook much quicker than regular potatoes.
  • Yes you can precook your potatoes in the instant pot before adding them to the air fryer with the spices and oil to crisp up the skin. If you do it this way you will reduce the cooking time drastically. Just make sure you Pat them dry when your potatoes come out of the instant pot before adding the spices and the olive oil.
