  • olive oil spray form

For the coating:

  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup panko
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • 2 medium egg
  • 1 TBS water

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • cup Greek yogurt plain, 2% or nonfat
  • 2 TBS mayonnaise light
  • 2 TBS sriracha
  • 2 TBS sugar
  • 1 TBS rice vinegar

For Garnish:

  • green onions optional, or chopped cilantro
