Instructions

  1. Thaw the Beyond burgers in the fridge overnight.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
  3. Season both sides of the burger with salt and pepper. Spray oil on both sides. Carefully lay patties in the air fryer spaced out, in a single layer. Air fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Flip the patties and continue cooking for about 4-6 minutes or until cooked through and the internal temperature is 160°F/71°C. 
  5. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
