Air Fryer Broccoli

This Air Fryer Broccoli recipe features fresh broccoli florets tossed with avocado oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and optional crushed red pepper. The broccoli cooks at 360°F in an air fryer for 6-8 minutes, developing a crisp-tender texture and lightly roasted flavor. A slice of lemon adds a bright finish. The recipe is a straightforward way to prepare broccoli with a balance of savory and subtle heat.

Description

Air Fryer Broccoli transforms fresh broccoli florets into a lightly crisp and roasted vegetable using avocado oil and simple seasonings including garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. The air fryer cooks them quickly and evenly at 360°F, allowing the florets to crisp up on the edges while remaining tender inside. The optional crushed red pepper adds a hint of heat for those who enjoy spice.

Serving the broccoli immediately with a squeeze or slice of fresh lemon adds a refreshing, acidic note that brightens the flavors. This preparation works well as a side dish to many meals where a lightly seasoned vegetable is desired.

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days. Reheating in the air fryer or oven can help maintain crispness. Adjust seasoning to taste before serving again.
