This Air Fryer Broccoli goes perfectly with any meal and is ready in less than 15 minutes. With only five ingredients and minimal prep, you can have a healthy and flavorful side dish in no time at all!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice optional
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 6 cups fresh broccoli florets
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
- Whisk the oil, parmesan, lemon juice (if using), minced garlic, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl. Toss in the broccoli and mix until evenly coated.
- Arrange the broccoli evenly in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the broccoli is cooked and crispy. Sprinkle with a little more parmesan cheese if desired, and serve.
Notes
- The Air Fryer I use and recommend is the Instant Vortex Air Fryer. I LOVE mine!
- The lemon juice is optional. It gives a nice brightness to the broccoli, but you can leave it out if you don't have any on hand or for a simpler version of air fried broccoli.
- Preheat your air fryer. I like to preheat my air fryer for a few minutes before adding the food. This ensures that the proper temperature has been reached and that your veggies will cook up perfectly.
- Shake the basket a few times. This will help to ensure even cooking and that all surfaces of your broccoli get equally crispy.
- To make this vegan, omit the parmesan cheese.
- How to store: Any leftover air fryer broccoli can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
