We love quick and easy air fryer broccoli served with pretty much any main dish for a simple weeknight meal.

Ingredients
- 1 lb (500g) broccoli
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Cut the broccoli head into florets, keeping the florets on the medium to larger side to prevent the tops from burning.
- Place in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Transfer to the air fryer basket and air fry at 350°F/180°C for 10-12 minutes until the stalks are tender and the tops are starting to brown.
- Remove and serve with lemon wedges.
