Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts Recipe
Description
The recipe begins by trimming and halving fresh Brussels sprouts, which are then combined in a bowl with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper for seasoning. The oil and seasonings coat the sprouts, aiding in crisping during air frying.
Cooking in a preheated air fryer at 400°F for 10 minutes, tossing halfway through, allows the sprouts to develop a crisp outside while retaining a tender core. The method promotes even cooking and browning on all sides.
This preparation can serve as a flavorful vegetable side. After cooking, squeezing fresh lemon juice over the top adds acidity and brightness, while sprinkling Parmesan cheese offers a nutty, savory finish, enhancing the simple vegetable flavors.
