Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts
Description
Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts begins with halving trimmed Brussels sprouts for even cooking. Tossing them in olive oil and balsamic vinegar ensures a coating that softens their natural bitterness while adding acidity. A sprinkle of salt and cracked black pepper seasons them before air frying at 370°F for 10 minutes, shaken halfway through to promote even crisping.
The result is sprouts with crispy edges complemented by tender centers. A final garnish of grated Parmesan adds a savory umami note, while fresh lemon wedges introduce brightness and acidity when squeezed before eating. This method avoids deep frying and brings out the nutty and tangy characteristics of the sprouts.
