Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir the olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl then toss in the brussels sprouts, mixing until the sprouts are evenly coated.
  3. Pour the Brussels sprouts into the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, tossing every 3-4 minutes to ensure even cooking.
  4. Serve with lemon wedges and freshly grated parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

  • Preheat your air fryer. I like to preheat my air fryer for a few minutes before adding the food. This ensures that the proper temperature has been reached and that your air fryer Brussels sprouts will cook up perfectly.
  • Don’t crowd the basket. Make sure to leave room around your sprouts so that they can cook evenly and get crispy.
  • Shake the basket a few times. This will help to ensure even cooking and that all surfaces of your sprouts get equally crispy.
  • Variations: this version uses a simple Italian seasoning blend, but feel free to cook your Brussels sprouts with just a little bit of salt and pepper in place of the spices, too.
  • How to store Brussels sprouts: Any leftover Brussels sprouts can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
