  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 lices mozzarella cheese fresh
  • 4 lices tomato large and thick, fresh
  • GARNISH:
  • basil chopped, fresh
  • balsamic vinegar
  • Balsamic reduction

Instructions

  1. Pat dry chicken breasts with a paper towel.
  2. Sprinkle them with the Italian seasoning, dried basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer to 380 degrees F.
  4. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket, make sure they don't overlap and don't touch.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes, flip, and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the chicken reaches the internal temperature of 165 F.
  6. Top each chicken breast with a slice of mozzarella cheese and a tomato slice. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
