Air Fryer Carrots
Description
This recipe for Air Fryer Carrots involves peeling and cutting whole carrots into manageable pieces, then seasoning them with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder for a balanced savory flavor. The carrots are cooked in an air fryer preheated to 390°F, which crisps and roasts them by circulating hot air around the pieces.
Halfway through the 20 to 25 minute cooking time, the carrots are tossed to encourage even cooking and prevent sticking, helping develop a consistent tender texture throughout. When done, the carrots become tender yet retain enough structure to hold their shape, enhanced by the olive oil and seasoning.
These carrots make a straightforward vegetable side that complements many meals, offering a roasted taste without needing an oven or stovetop.
